Which is the best way to do push ups?
According to one of the author i follow states in a video that palm push ups are injurious to palms so you have to do push ups using fists. Well he say to avoid joint pain which might be fatal as palms on grounds is not a natural position for palms.

Fist push ups do help strengthen the wrist but this doesn’t mean you should completely abandon regular push ups because if the fist push ups is something that you build up to and continue to build on. Also people with prior wrist injury’s commonly have trouble doing fist push ups because of the added pressure on the wrist. Push bars are a nice tool to meet in the happy median between fist and regular push ups. Plus if you know how to properly wrap your hands and throw your punches you shouldn’t have to worry about hurting you wrist.
