How to do a Decline Dumbbell Fly?

Works on chest and front part of your shoulders.

Equipment needed: Decline Bench and Dumbbells

Instructions:

  • Lie flat on your back on a decline bench with your foot tight against foot pads
  • Grab a dumbbell in each hand / let some one hand them over to you.
  • Start with palms  facing each other string perpendicular to your shoulder
  • lower your palms slowly in controlled fashion with arms bent slightly until they are approximately parallel to ground
  • Now lift them to original position slowly and count as one

Do this until failure. Its always preferable to have a spotter while doing free weight exercises.
