How to do?
This exercise is specifically for working on your biceps. You need a barbell to do this exercise.
Instructions to do this exercise with proper technique.
- You need to lay aligned with a slant bench and hold the barbell horizontally. This is how you are going to start.
- When you have kept your upper arms stationary, you need to curl the weights as high as you can when you are squeezing your biceps. You need to breathe out during you are performing this movement. You need to keep this in mind that you are only moving the forearms and should not be swinging your arms.
- After subsequent contraction, you need to inhale while you are going back to the starting position. You have to make sure that you are going down all the way.
- Repeat these steps for the suggested amount of recurrence or until failure.
You can also perform this exercise by making use of dumbbells or E-Z bar.
