Bent Over Two Arm Long Bar Row

Also known as this compound exercise trains middle back, trains biceps and lats with emphasis on middle back.

An Olympic type  barbell is needed to perform this exercise.

Instructions to do Bent Over Two Arm Long Bar Row exercise properly

  • Put weights only on one side of barbell, but put another side of barbell in such a place where is doesn’t not start scrolling or moving and acts just like a hing.
  • Now lean forward to grab barbell in hands. Go down as much as you can with your torso parallel to the floor. Hold the barbell near the weight plate.
  • Now raise the bar upside so that your elbows go in upward direction until the plate of barbell touches your chest. You should feel pressure at your back while doing this movement.
  • Gradually release the weight and put the bar just above the floor as in starting position ( do not touch the ground).
  • Keep repeating these steps till failure.

Perfect posture is important while performing this exercise.
