This post is about how to do Romanian Dead Lifts. This is one of the best exercise for hamstring strengthening. These workouts act on a large muscle groups. This exercise should not be done with straight legs. When you are down your back must be parallel to ground. When you go down after lifting you must push hips back (than bending).
